Schönes und vollständiges Exemplar des kleinformatigen Weltatlas mit mehr als 70 Karten und Tafeln.
Beschreibt in vier Teilen Europa, Asien, Afrika und Amerika, wie meist ergänzt durch die beiden Abhandlungen Tables géographique pour l'intelligence des cartes de la déscription de l'univers von Johannes Luyts und L'usage des globes célestes et terrestres, et de sphères von Nicolas Bion als Supplemente. Mit Weltkarte in 2 Hemisphären, 4 Kontinentkarten und zahlreichen Teilkarten, ferner Tafeln mit Sternzeichen, Armillarsphäre, Sonnenuhren, Himmelsglous und astronomischen Schemata.
EINBAND: Halblederband der Zeit mit reicher floraler Rückenvergoldung und rotem Rückenschild. 23 : 18,5 cm. - ILLUSTRATION: Mit doppelblattgr. allegorischem Kupfertitel, gest. Titelvignette (auf doppelblattgr. Drucktitel in Rot und Schwarz) und 74 überwiegend gefalteten Kupferkarten, ferner 1 gest. Titelvignette und 15 überwieg. gefalteten Kupfertafeln. - ZUSTAND: Weltkarte unten mit leichtem Wasserrand, 1 Kupfertafel mit Randausriß, gegen Ende im Rand mit kl. Stoßspur, ansonsten insgesamt sehr sauberes und guterhaltenes Exemplar. Deckel und Kanten beschabt.

Complete copy of the small atlas with all four parts and the usual 2 supplements by J. Luyts and N. Bion. With doublepage engr. title, engr. title vignette and 74 engr. maps (mostly folding) depicting the world, continents and their countries and regions, as well as engr. tite vignette and 15 engr. plates (mostly folding) with the zodiacs, celestial globe, armillarsphere, sun dials and astronomic schemata. Contemp. half calf with rich floral gilt decoration and label on spine. - World chart in 2 hemispheres with slight waterstaining, 1 engr. plate with torn off part in margin, paper edges towards the end of the books slightly scuffed in places. Boards scraped. Overall inside very clean and well-preserved copy. (R)

Per le opere originali di arti figurative e fotografie di artisti viventi o deceduti da meno di 70 anni soggette al diritto di seguito, in tutti i casi suddetti viene riscossa in aggiunta, a liquidazione della compensazione del diritto di seguito dovuto dalla casa d'aste ai sensi del § 26 della legge tedesca sul diritto d'autore (Urheberrechtsgesetz, UrhG), una compensazione del diritto di seguito con le percentuali indicate nel § 26 2° comma UrhG, che attualmente sono le seguenti:
4 per cento della parte del ricavo della vendita da 400,00 euro a 50.000 euro,
un altro 3 per cento della parte del ricavo della vendita da 50.000,01 a 200.000 Euro,
un altro 1 per cento della parte del ricavo della vendita da 200.000,01 a 350.000 Euro,
un altro 0,5 per cento della parte del ricavo della vendita da 350.000,01 a 500.000 euro e
un altro 0,25 per cento della parte del ricavo della vendita superiore a 500.000 euro.
L’importo complessivo della compensazione del diritto di seguito derivante da una rivendita è pari al massimo a 12.500 euro.
