The charming genre and interior scenes portraits and historical paintings of Albert Chevallier Tayler were quite popular with the audience in his days. Tayler studied in London and Paris and was awarded the medal of the Pris salon in 1891. Afterwards he settled in London and became member of the Royal Society of British Artists in 1907. [CM].
