Verso with a seated female nude in same technique, also monogrammed and dated. [JG] .
The expertise from the Christian Rohlfs Archive was not at hand before the catalog went to printing.
PROVENANCE: Private collection Northern Germany.
This work shows that Rohlfs also possessed great mastery in classic nude painting, which he executes in his expressive duct. [SM].
