• Digital counters from 1 to 9 are the trademark of the Japanese artist Tatsuo Miyajima.
• The title references the misuse of the railway network during WWII in Germany.
• In 1988/89 Miyajima represented Japan at the Venice Biennial.
• His works are at, among others, Tate Gallery, London and Pinakothek der Moderne, Munich.
