Typisches, leicht skurriles und unheimliches Motiv aus der Feder von Kubin. Wohl als Vorlage zur einer Buchillustration für Dostojewskis Der Doppelgänger.

- ZUSTAND: Papier mit leichten Bereibungen im Passepartoutausschnitt und links oben einer kleinen Kratzspur (Zeichnung nicht betroffen). Unter Passepartout und Glas gerahmt, nicht geöffnet.

Orig. pen and ink drawing with monogram in the lower right corner. Probably for a book illustration like Dostojewski's "The Double". - Papier with slight soiling and 1 scrapemark (drawing not affected). Matted and framed, not opened.
