Privat zusammengestellter Auswahlband mit 60 Gesamt- und Teilkarten von Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz, darunter die schönen, jeweils von zwei Platten gedruckten Karten der Donau und des Rheins, die Karte von Frankfurt mit breiter Wappenbordüre und die gefaltete Karte des Elsaß. Laut Koeman in abweichender Reihenfolge gebunden, es fehlen zudem 5 Karten von Ungarn, Balkan, Rumänien und Bulgarien. - In zeitgenössisches flexibles Pergament und plano gebundenes Exemplar, die Karten sämtlich in sorgfältigem Altgrenzkolorit mit Goldhöhung und ohne Rückentext.
EINBAND: Flexibler Pergamentband der Zeit. 50 : 61 cm. - ILLUSTRATION: Vortitel, illustrierter kolorierter Kupfertitel und 60 Kupferkarten (1 gefaltet) mit Grenzkolorit und Goldhöhung. - KOLLATION: 1 B. Drucktitel. - ZUSTAND: In den äußeren Blatträndern leicht fleckig oder gebräunt, ca. 3 Karten insgesamt etwas fleckig oder gebräunt, wenige Karten mit fachmännischen Restaurierungen in der Mittelfalte, 1 Karte am unteren Rand etwas kleiner im Format, 1 Karte im Bundsteg mit Einschnitt (ca. 10 cm, Illustration nicht betroffen). Insgesamt gut erhalten.

Plano-bound copy with half-title, illustrated colored copper title and 60 engr. maps (1 folded) with contemp. outline coloring, partly heightened with gold. - Mainly paper edges slightly tanned or stained, ca. 3 maps overall stained or tanned, few maps with skilfull restorations to centrefold, 1 map with cut of about 10 cm in the gutter (not affecting the illustration), 1 map smaller in size in lower marging. Overall well-preserved.(R)

Per le opere originali di arti figurative e fotografie di artisti viventi o deceduti da meno di 70 anni soggette al diritto di seguito, in tutti i casi suddetti viene riscossa in aggiunta, a liquidazione della compensazione del diritto di seguito dovuto dalla casa d'aste ai sensi del § 26 della legge tedesca sul diritto d'autore (Urheberrechtsgesetz, UrhG), una compensazione del diritto di seguito con le percentuali indicate nel § 26 2° comma UrhG, che attualmente sono le seguenti:
4 per cento della parte del ricavo della vendita da 400,00 euro a 50.000 euro,
un altro 3 per cento della parte del ricavo della vendita da 50.000,01 a 200.000 Euro,
un altro 1 per cento della parte del ricavo della vendita da 200.000,01 a 350.000 Euro,
un altro 0,5 per cento della parte del ricavo della vendita da 350.000,01 a 500.000 euro e
un altro 0,25 per cento della parte del ricavo della vendita superiore a 500.000 euro.
L’importo complessivo della compensazione del diritto di seguito derivante da una rivendita è pari al massimo a 12.500 euro.
