PROVENANCE: Elly Koehler (present from Dr. Hans Konrad Roethel, former director of the Lenbachhaus in Munich and the Gabriele Münter- and Johannes Eichner foundation. Elly Koehler was the wife of Bernhard Koehler jun., son of the renowned collector Bernhard Koehler, he donated a large part from the estate to the stock of the "Blauer Reiter" at the Munich Lenbachhaus in 1965 ).
