Depicted on the left side: tightrope walker over the city, middle section: catalog cover, right side: group of the four "Brücke" artists and female nude with two children. With woodcut flyleaf (inscription in printing block: "Ausstellung / Kunst / Hütte / Erich Heckel / Chemnitz". [JS].

• Catalog for the "Erich Heckel" exhibition in Chemnitz in 1931, with the elaborate three-part color woodcut and the title woodcut.
• The four "Brücke" artists, Erich Heckel, Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, Otto Mueller and Max Pechstein, are depicted on the right.

Good overall impression. Book block and front pastedown loose (broken vertically along the spine fold) with small creases and signs of rubbing as well as a small tear at the top of the spine.
